How a hire works

Ninety days, or one week.

A human hire is ninety days, a recruiter fee and a coin flip. This is the timeline we compare ourselves to, because it is the one you feel.

  1. 01
    One call

    Tell us the role

You describe the job the way you would to a recruiter — what it owns, what good looks like, who it works with. There is no spec to write and no discovery phase to sit through.

  2. 02
    Days, not quarters

    We build

We build the employee against your tools, your data and the way you already work. You do not configure anything. If a customer has to build the thing themselves, we have failed.

  3. 03
    Week one

    First week

Training, same as anyone. It does the work, you correct it, and the correction holds. By the end of the week you know what it can be trusted with.

  4. 04
    Ongoing

    Working

You review the output. We handle performance, improvement and replacement. When something goes wrong we tell you what happened, what we did, and what happens next.

Who is accountable

A managed service, not a subscription.

Tools hand the work back. Omni keeps it.

We manage them, not you

Omni handles hiring, onboarding, performance and replacement. No technical team required, ever.

Accountable for output

We are judged on whether the job got done, not on whether the system was up.

Escalation is built in

Every role has a defined line. What needs judgment reaches a person, with the context attached.

You review the work

Autonomous, and you review the work. Nothing irreversible happens without your sign-off.

Let’s build it

Hire the future.

Tell us the role. We build the employee, manage it, and you review the work. Most start inside a week.
